I like to use this recipe as my go-to “waffle base”. Very basic and simple, so feel free to add additional ingredients to make it fancier!
This recipe is also totally unsweetened; add a sweetener of your choice in the batter and/or serve with a drizzle of honey or maple syrup.
Mix all the ingredients together and bake in a waffle iron.
