A simple fruit tart crust made with Sukrin almond flour (a type of fat-reduced almond meal).
Ingredients for the crust:
Mix everything together. Spray the pie pan with the baking spray and press the dough onto the pan.
Prick holes in the pie dough (to allow the steam to escape while it’s baking. Without this, the steam would puff up in bubbles and pockets throughout the crust, which would make some parts of the crust cook too quickly and also result in an uneven surface for your filling). Bake for 10-15 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius.
Ingredients for the pastry cream:
Mix everything together and cook over low heat in a small saucepan until the mixture thickens. Pour the filling onto the crust. Let cool before adding the fruits.
