Ingredients for one mug cake:
– 2 tbsp hemp protein (20 g)
– 1 egg
– 2 tbsp cooked zucchini (20 g, finely diced and previously cooked for 1 min in the microwave)
– 1 tsp cocoa
– 1 tsp dark brown sugar (5 g) or sweetener
– 1/4 tsp baking powder
– 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
Mix everything in a mug and microwave for 1 minute 30 seconds at 630 Watts.
