“How much do they really weigh?” The following article is taken from the American issue of OK!Magazine… What better way to make your readers compare themselves to celebs? Use arbitrary numbers to make them feel fat : now they have a good reason to keep on reading the “Celebrity Diet Tip” special issue :)

Jennifer Aniston: 1m65, 53.6kg | Gwen Stefani: 1m70, 52kg | Rihanna: 1m73, 57kg | Jessica Alba: 1m70, 56.8kg
Miley Cyrus: 1m65, 50kg | Gwyneth Paltrow: 1m75, 53.2kg | Kim Kardashian: 1m57, 53.2 kg | Jennifer Lopez: 1m67, 60kg

BMI between 18.5 and 25 = normal Body
BMI between 25 and 30 = Overweight
Jennifer Aniston (19.5), Rihanna (19), Jessica Alba (19.4), Kim Kardashian (21.5), Jennifer Lopez (21.5) have a normal BMI and are at a normal weight.
But Miley Cyrus (18.4), Gwyneth Paltrow (17.3) and Gwen Stefani (18) were considered too skinny by BMI standards. “A BMI of less than 18.5 indicates that you are underweight, so you may need to put on some weight. You are recommended to ask your Doctor or a dietician for advice.” …
