Some simple chewy protein cookies made of 4 ingredients! If you don’t have casein powder, the cookies are going to be very dry if you use whey instead of casein. I’d suggest you give another recipe a try: for example, these hazelnut protein cookie recipe I wrote as a guestpost on Anna’s blog. (There’s also casein in the ingredient list but you can totally omit it in that recipe)
Ingredients for 4 cookies:
Mix everything together in a food processor. Bake for 10-15 min at 220 degrees Celsius. Let cookies cool down completely. These cookies tend to be too soft when they’re just out of the oven. It’s better to let them cool for a while until their texture firms up.
