I’ve found an useful product at the whole food supermarket: a whole grain pizza base. It is made of: spelt flour (70%), water, yeast, seasalt, extra virgin olive oil. You just put whatever you want on it and cook it in the oven for 10-15 minutes. It’s very handy and it taste very good.
The nutrition fact for one big piece (one third of this pizza base) are 274 kcal, Fat: 5.3g, Carbs: 46g, Protein: 10.5g.
I put what I had on hand: tomato sauce, olives, black beans, pieces of chicken and mozzarella. The mozzarella is a bit greasy when melted but is the key element to make it taste like a real pizza.
I made one pizza, ate 1 third and my boyfriend the 2 other thirds.
